Phoenix Hotel Karon Beach ★★★★

Very nice location, favorable price, good breakfirst. The hotel was relatively new, the room was clean and neat.

The water temperature from shower was not stable. There was no sewing service.

Cleaning lady and the night person at the reception. Changing the towels everyday. Near to 7-11 quite and clean close to the beach

Amazing buffet breakfast. Nice room. Nice pool. Huge bathroom with rain shower. Excellent location, a couple minutes' walk from the beach, handy to 7-Eleven, street food and restaurants, and on the airport bus route.

No shade at the pool, and the pool with the best views was closed. The towels were stained. The bathroom was stinky at times.

Very moldy rooms, the smell is constant. The AC is loud and doesn't cool the room in its entirety. We had to change rooms because the first one was unlivable with the amount of mold, you can clearly see it on the walls.

Good value stay in close proximity to beach, restaurants and shops.

Room was clean and staff were nice. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, great location! Breakfast was good too with enough variety. This area is quieter and suitable for families or people who want a peaceful time.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS A DISASTER. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. The hotel is unfinished, still being built. Our room was located in an external building, accessible only from outside, with no reception desk and no walls on the ground floor. The staff is completely lost. Several very young and untrained members of the staff behind the reception desk, all of them lost and confused and speaking extremely poor english, unable to find our booking and struggling to carry out the most basic tasks. Breakfast is terrible, very poor choice of food, nothing sweet available no yoghurt, no cheese, undrinkable coffee. The breakfast room looks like a garage, empty and unfurnished, and has no air conditioning. We paid a higher rate for a room with balcony but the balcony itself is a joke, it is so small and narrow that it is not usable. Just besides the hotel there is a very ugly and smelly sewer. The price is pretty high compared to the local average, for what they offer. JUST DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Big room and very big shower. All renewed. Position in Karon Beach. Private Parking downstairs. Toilets and room very clean.

The staff is not very friendly, no one will help you. The room is extremely hot when you get in, after there is AC. The breakfast is very cheap, not a lot of choice. They will ask you 100bat for get in the pool at night, it should be free..

Great hotel, so clean & very new! really enjoyed my stay here felt very comfortable and at ease the staff very attentive and friendly and speak English very well, Pool area designed very well especially for small children, they just need some sun umbrellas for shade

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and modern, the rooftop pools are great with a lovely view of the beach and a great view of the sunsets!

There aren’t many sun beds! About 10 in 1 pool and 8 in the other pool and there aren’t any parasols for shade, the beach is only 2 minutes walk away but if you prefer the pool to beach then to bear this in mind but most of the time we didn’t have any trouble with getting a sunbed

The Phoenix Hotel Karon Beach takes elegance and glamour to a whole new level. This was evidenced in the kind of finishing in their rooms. From the shower to the sinks and even the doors, the overall interior décor was something to look forward to.

I was always looking forward to sampling some great Thai food but I hadn’t found an ideal hotel for that. But when I checked in at the Phoenix Hotel Karon Beach, my appetite for Thai foods was well satiated.

Good location, five minutes walk to the beach and the Main Street but still there is convenient stores across the street. Very clean,spacious rooms and good wifi.

Breakfast buffet was good but still there is room for improvement. The hotel is brand new but lacks ambience... it feels like a hospital / dormitory. Likely when construction is done it will be an amazing hotel.

I found the staff at the Phoenix Hotel Karon Beach so hospitable. I was especially satisfied with the manner in which they always checked on me even when there was no apparent issue or complaint. Their hospitality was simply out of this world.

I liked the beds and how comfortable they were. I liked how neatly they were spread and the refreshing fragrance in all the bed linen. I always went to sleep feeling fresh and got up with so much energy and vigor.

I had been in many hotels that claimed to offer speedy Wi-Fi connections. However, the Phoenix Hotel Karon Beach takes the concept of Wi-Fi connectivity to a whole new level. Not only does the Wi-Fi cover a wider area within the hotel precincts, but it is also very fast and reliable.
